Comparison of exceptions should be less precise

Two almost identical exceptions will not count as the same in the current OCSPTaskContext. At least it should be checked that attributes don't contain time stamps or other values that will never be the same between 2 actions. Even better would be a way to compare exceptions less precisely or only choose certain relevant aspects.
