Password checker: Improve strengh of the tool and indications of strength

There's this cool password checker called passfault that gives way better password strength indications than the how-strong-is-my-password javascript thing we use now. The downside: it needs a Java server side component.

Check if it is possible to use that server side component as an API in edX courses.
