Find a way for the LTI part to work without having to enable third party cookies

Currently when third party cookies are blocked by the browser, your session might be lost in EdX. Maybe it's possible to fix this by setting some server variables in EdX (that would have to be documented for this feature to be closed). Another possibility is to show an error like "please enable third party cookies" if a session is lost.
