Add custom filter to tracking log

The tracking log is necessary for Cairn to work properly. But the tracking log currently contains too much information.

This issue is about figuring out how exactly we can customize what ends up in the tracking log. As a proof of concept, replace the IP address with x.x.x.x, so we can later use similar functionality to filter other stuff in the tracking log as well.
