Update open edx translation files to Koa version

We manually added some translation files to the open edx tutor environment. The files in https://code.greenhost.net/totem/tutor-server/-/tree/main/env/build/openedx/locale might need to be updated (especially the ones we added manually, I think that's only Farsi)
