Support for setting SSL/TLS version and cipher list from settings and CLI args. Also logging the connection's actual cipher after connecting. Added a simple bash script that checks which ciphers are supported by the server in order to allow an administrator to pick the best ciphers. Moved cli args from bot.py to separate module cli_args.py
