remove files that are generated by tutor when you run tutor config save

I removed a bunch of files that will be different on each platform (staging, local, etc.) when you run tutor config save with a different configuration. I also removed config.yml because that contains passwords. I'd like to change the passwords on Staging, after which we can make this repository public again :)
